Tip #3: No locked doors - Give full access to the home, garage, and backyard. You do not want to appear to be hiding anything.
Tip #4: No pets - Arrange for pets not to be at your home for a showing. Take them to a friend’s house or a pet daycare. It will be much less stressful for you, your real estate agent, and your pet.
Tip #5 Keep cool - Keep your home at a comfortable room temperature. 65° is ideal. No one wants to spend time in a stuffy house.
