Make A Great First Impression On Homebuyers With a Welcoming Front Door

brandinord

Your front door is an important factor in curb appeal, as it will be one of the first things that potential buyers see of your home. Therefore, paying a little extra attention to your front door will go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Tip #1: Make sure the front door is clean to set the stage when entering your home. Remove all smudges and cobwebs. Clean all windows.

Tip #2: Ensure all door knobs are functional and all keys work. Fumbling your way into a home is not a great impression. Make sure visitors have a smooth entry into your home.

Tip #3: Place a cheery welcome mat that greets your potential buyers. Set a welcoming atmosphere before they step inside their home.

Tip #4: Don’t forget screen doors and storm doors. Dirty screens and screeching hinges are not a part of the scene you want to set.
