My furry assistant Shangela and I never imagined that we would start our own Real Estate Firm. However, thanks to many friends and supporters, this dream became a reality. Especially with our current reality COVID-19 and strict limitations on gatherings for nearly 8 months now, somehow makes the memory of our launch event in late October of 2019 such a magical evening! Friends and supporters gathering together under the beautifully stained glass cieling in the Brown Palace Hotel Atrium Lobby designed by Architect Frank E. Edbrooke. Guests were welcomed with professional jazz and contemporary music performed by John Kite along with tasty Hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine. What a celebration and tribute to all of you who have supported us since the beginning!

Access Gallery - giving young artists with disabilities an economic opportunity through the visual arts.
JCAA (Jefferson County Administrators Association) - supporting administrators across the school district especially during uncertain times like these.
Who I Am - a non-profit organization that supports culturally and linguistically diverse populations through fostering first language development.
Birdy Magazine - the most talented magazine in Denver that supports local and international artists. Shangela writes her monthly column about Denver neighborhoods from a furry perspective.
IBC - International Business Circle - an organization that fosters internationalism and supports international businesses in the greater Metro Denver Area.
Not to mention supporting many dog rescue shelters as well as many educators with materials and funding needed for their classrooms to teach our young generation.

For many of you out there, this last year has been a journey of embracing change on a daily basis. It has been a great test of adaptability, resilience, and staying positive. Shangela and I have been humbled and blessed that Denver Real Estate Professionals continues to grow and flourish in home sales and property management. We reached a few new milestones by launching our own YouTube Channel Chadwick's REAL Tips as well as a Free Real Estate and Mortgage Hotline collaboratively with John "JJ Jeffrey with Westerra Credit Union. None of this would have happened without YOU!!
Shangela and I would like to personally thank each and everyone of you for your referrals, your friendship, and your support! Meaningful relationships are at the core of life!
